Shipping and Delivery:
Triangle Mods, LLC ships only to the Continental US at this time. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS Ground and rates are calculated at Checkout. All North Carolina residents will incur North Carolina State Sales Tax and/or County Tax to which your delivery is shipped. While we typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, please allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 5-7 days for delivery.
Return Policy:
Your Alphaboardz and/or A2Z gear purchases are protected by a 100% money back guarantee covering the price you paid for the product for a period of 30 days from the date of your original purchase… obviously, it must still be in as-sold condition to qualify. You must notify our support department via e-mail ( info@alphaboradz.net ) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Once complete, you’ll receive directions on where to send your return item. If you purchased an Alphaboardz or A2Z product from one of our stocking dealers, you must have and be able to share a copy of that purchase receipt with Triangle Mods, LLC.
You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Any refund requests received after the Thirty (30) Day time limit will not be recognized. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of product(s). Once a return item is received, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address. Triangle Mods, LLC reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used.
Exchange Policy:
You must first notify our support department via e-mail ( info@alphaboradz.net ) 30 days from your original purchase date. Once complete, you’ll receive directions on where to send the exchange item. You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request an exchange. Merchandise must be in new/unused condition to be eligible for an Exchange. Any Exchange requests received after the Thirty (30) Day time limit will not be recognized. If you purchased an Alphaboardz or A2Z product from one of our stocking dealers, you must have and be able to share a copy of that purchase receipt with Triangle Mods, LLC. Upon receipt of gear, you’ll be provided with a list of available options to choose from to complete the exchange to your satisfaction.
Defective Merchandise:
Any product that is considered defective or damaged must be returned directly to Triangle Mods, LLC through their listed Return Policy. If you have a broken or defective product and feel that it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact Triangle Mods, LLC (via info@alphaboradz.net ) directly for service or replacement. Our Team would be happy to help you with any questions you may have during this process, feel free to contact us if you require any assistance. Freight Claims: If products were damaged due to the shipping process; customers must file damage claims within 5 days to the shipping agent. UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS will notate the order and Triangle Mods, LLC can file damages and have our product replaced. Once freight claim is filed and proof submitted, Triangle Mods, LLC will forward a return label and recover product(s). Once shipping label is scanned and in route to Triangle Mods, LLC, we will send replacements out immediately to resolve our customer’s order.
Manufacturers Warranty:
Triangle Mods, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its Alphaboardz and A2Z products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Triangle Mods, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear, or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the express warranty contained herein. In no event shall Triangle Mods, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Manufacturers Warranty only applies to the original purchaser, purchases from our website or our authorizes dealers. Proof of Purchase from our Authorized Dealers must be made available. Triangle Mods, LLC reserves the right to determine whether or not to repair or replace any product that is covered by this warranty, as well as the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.
